​Spotify Podcast: My PR Path
While studying at BU College of Communication, I had an internship working in PRLab. This podcast episode provides an insight of my experience working as an Account Executive at Boston University's PRLab. I share how I managed social media campaigns, optimized website content, and tackled challenges through adaptability and teamwork.
Project: Press Release
While taking CM441: PR Business Management course at BU, I worked with four members and chose Starbucks as our company to research. We were tasked with several responsibilities and also came out with new campaigns to help Starbucks increase selling. Specifically, I contributed by helping to write the press release to announce the new campaign we customized to Starbucks. I also in charge of the Q&A by generating any possible questions that the public may ask to Starbucks.
Project: Website Optimization
While working as an account executive of BU Wheelock College Center of Future Readiness at PRLab, I worked with three other account executives to help our client increase the public engagement. I worked in the website team to help optimize the official website. I redesigned the homepage by putting latest events on the page and adding the introduction video to help audiences know what BU CFR are doing. I also created a new page by updating the recap of upcoming and ongoing conferences or events.
